Team Building Done Right

Want to break functional silos and have a more cohesive team—work on these skills with us:

  1. Communication – Teams tackle a virtual challenge where precise and clear communication is essential to achieve success under pressure before "exploding.”

  2. Camaraderie – Participants work together to solve simple puzzles that require group problem-solving and shared discovery-- and no one is allow to be left behind.

  3. Collaboration – Teams face an environment that evolves unpredictably, requiring quick adaptation and teamwork to achieve efficiency in a virtual restaurant.

  4. Confidence – Groups compete in a creative Lego building challenge with a twist, encouraging friendly bartering, competition and confidence improvement--in their own and each other's abilities.

  5. Commitment – We are actively exploring opportunities for this skill.

After the games, the teams are asked to discuss activities and how they might apply this to their daily function roles.
