Since Timely Comics published Marvel Comics #1 in 1939, the House of Ideas has given us countless iconic characters who've become cultural touchstones across generations. From the Golden Age patriotism of Captain America to the revolutionary Silver Age teen angst of Spider-Man, the groundbreaking diversity of the Bronze Age X-Men to today's vast cinematic multiverse—Marvel's legacy spans over eight decades of imagination and inspiration.
Now it's your turn to bring these legendary characters to life! Don your best Marvel-inspired costume from ANY era:
GOLDEN AGE (1939-1956) The original Human Torch! Namor the Sub-Mariner! Captain America punching Hitler! These early heroes defined Marvel's beginnings and set the stage for everything to come.
SILVER AGE (1956-1970) The revolutionary era that gave us the Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, Doctor Strange, and the original X-Men. This was when Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko and others changed comics forever!
BRONZE AGE (1970-1985) Marvel's expansion into darker, more socially relevant storytelling with characters like Luke Cage, Shang-Chi, Wolverine, Punisher, Ghost Rider, and the "All-New, All-Different" X-Men team.
MODERN AGE (1985-2010) From epic crossovers to the Ultimate Universe, this era brought us new icons like Deadpool and reimagined classics for a new generation.
